River View Apartment

We had to wait to receive one key for our 2 night stay so we all were required to leave and return at the same time to get room access. Additionally the cleaning staff showed up before our 10:00 am check to clean and insisted we leave. There was no safe/lock for our valuables.

Place looks like in photos and it's very clean and have lot of space

It doesn't have parking space!! it says that there is a parking space but there is no parking you need to find garage or parking

The location was close to everything.

It should have been made clear that this appartment was above a pub,and up a steep flight of steps. Not for an older couple. Not ideal. The apartment wasn't clean. The left over food from the previous guest was still in the dirty cupboard.The heaters were full of years of dust The cleaner did not appear to be cleaning. The oven had no pans available to cook in,which was rectified the day before we left,we spent 9 days in the apartment. There were no instructions left on how to operate the stove top which was tricky. The washing machine was clagged with powdered detergent and required cleaning before use. The lighting needed new globes ,as it was hard to see in the rooms,so we replaced them ourselves. The previous guests had left saucepans unclean which again needed a scrub before use. There was mold on the grout in the shower and on the plastic surrounds of shower head. There was no instructions on where to place or how to dispose of rubbish or kitchen waste. We have stayed in many types of accomodation on our travels, so this was a dissappointment.

We all loved the place, it was unforgettable days , place was beautiful and absolutely prime location, very comfortable.

Lack of any towels and plastic bags in the kitchen we had to buy.

This location is great! Our apartment was just above bars/restaurants along the river between the Lock Bridge and the Triple Bridge. It was easy to walk from the train station. The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 4 adult travelers. We will definitely stay here again.

We had to arrange a time to meet up with the host to get the key. We just hung out at the bar downstairs until they could meet, but would have liked to just get the key from a lock box so we could have started touring the city.
