"Disappointed with the tiny living area and kitchen and poor quality furniture and kitchen facilities"

A nice, clean bathroom, good size.

Kitchen facilities where not adequate for a 6 person apartment. The fan above the hob didn't work and condensation dripped out of it whilst cooking. The living area was tiny and no comfy seats. Just a couple of hard benches. A couple of very bulky and uncomfortable chairs that took up a lot of room and an old sofa that was quite dirty.

"Nice location, but you may get underground studio"

Nice location near Klettersteigs, enough room to park a car. We could stay with out pets.

Apartment is basically in basement, with limited ventilation and is really cold and humid even in peak summer. We could not vent out humidity which was very unpleasant. Very cold bathroom with always wet floors.
