Nice, big unit, met the expectations

It feels a bit impersonal dealing with the agency, however it has advantages regarding key collection

The apartment was practical and functional 😉

Having a washing machine and dishwasher would have been ideal for the apartment when you’re up there for ski training on the Hintertux “glacier“.

Quick, responsive and helpful host. Very clean and cosy. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. A 10 min walk into the main centre of Mayrhofen.

Location is fantastic.

Very kind hostess with a lot of flexibility in terms of checking in and checking out. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very clean too. There is also a locked dryroom for skis and boots. There is also a free parking lot just across the street, and if you are going by electric car, there are two 22 kwh chargers 200 meters from the apartment. The apartment is between Penkenbahn and Horbergbahn and you could walk to each lifts. There is also free shuttlebus about 100 meters from the apartment to both lifts. Really nice! We used Horbergbahn as the bus ride is faster.

The kitchen is a bit small, so there are not a lot of room to work with. A full size oven would have been nice, but there is a smaller "combi-oven".

Lisa was really welcoming and gave us all the info we needed! Also let one of us in to the appartment in the early hours of the morning after they forgot to take a key, which was extremely nice of her. The ski/board room outside the appartment was super handy - the boot drying rack was so good, especially with all our soaked gear from the slush. Generally great stay and amazing value, especially if you max out the rooms - we only had 4/6 people and it was still cheaper than anywhere in town.

Location was a bit out of the way, but didn't really phase us too much just lots of walking. The only other possible complaint was that there was some kind of animal that was getting on the roof every night which was super loud and waking us all up, no idea what it was.
