Location, elevator, bedding and mattress 😴 very comfortable! Pet friendly and no extra fee.

Did not have coffee cups, dish soap in kitchen.

Did not stay there.

Refused entry by guard. No one at reception. We were told to come back the next day. We went elsewhere.

Tiny but very functional with good beds! The staff were very helpful when we could find someone - it was difficult to track them down. The host was very quick at getting back to me but often referred me to the administration of the complex. Lots of secure parking if that is a priority.

This location is very isolated and the pool area receives virtually no sun. If you are someone who wishes to see Mazatlan's terrific tourist spots, this property is not good. The kitchen area had no working light so had to use a cell phone to see while preparing food.

Price. Location was fine for 1 night. Security was well maintained. Security Guard was helpful . Beds were comfortable.

Reservation did not indicate which of the two 3 story buildings our room was in. No one at Security office of first building- no other way in. Once determined that our room # was occupied at first building- told to try second building a talk to their Security. Determined we were in second building. Then door code to enter room did not work. Borrowed neighbors WIFI to text owner. Owner then Promptly sent us a working door code. It took approximatley 1 hour from when our Taxi brought us to Ambar, to when we entered our room. White walls beside the beds are covered in dirty handprintss and foot prints.

The facilities & location

Disjointed communications. Towel with hole in it & stains. Lots of scuffs on wall. No coffee filter. No information manual in room.

The pool area was nice.

The walls in the room were very worn and dirty looking however the floors and bed were clean .

Property is great

Some electric fixtures are not finished. No shampoo for washing ones hair. No office on property. Difficult to get access to the room. No bottles of water and unsure if faucet water is potable.
