location, gated, pool area, proximity to pharmacy and grocery

cleanliness: broken toilet paper holder, filthy glass in bathroom, scuff marks on walls, minimal kitchen tools: no bottle opener or can opener. it had pots but no hot plate.

The apt was small but clean. The area was quiet. It was on the 3rd floor but had an elevator. There was a kitchen but no drinking water,coffee and only one poor towel for a reservation for two people.

The communication with the host and Booking.com was very poor. There was no explanation of how to get to or enter the apartment/hotel. I messaged on the Booking.com site the day before our arrival but got no response. We messaged after we arrived and called but again got no response and waited hot and tired from a long days travel outside of an empty locked office for hours! Finally, I saw someone pass inside and waved them over and he called to a young man who seemed surprised we were there. I told him my name and he looked it up on his cell phone. and gave us the key code and pointed up to the 3rd floor. When I asked him why no one was here to check us in for hours he said it's Sunday and he doesn't work on Sunday! These people should not be permitted to rent through Booking.com and Booking.com you didn't help when I messaged you. You let me down!

Communication. We were told we would get key/access card on arrival, however the person there did not speak English so we had no idea what to do.

Outside area was very nice.

Very poor reception from the office staff and the security guard. No table and the stools at the counter were very uncomfortable. Three tiny drawers to put clothes in for a month was not enough. No closet. Didn’t get our security deposit back.

the pool area is beautiful but the pool was not heated. I saw one child in the pool during my 17 days. I felt very safe as it’s gated. it was very clean.

Very poor communication. I arrived and no one had reached out, so I had no idea of what to expect or how to get into the Condo. the Condo was very sparsely supplied. it had cutlery, plates and glasses, 2 out of 5 were chipped. The stove didn’t work. There was no dish cloth, tea towel, toilet paper etc. the bed was rock hard and pillows were old stained and flat, the bed was very very hard but got used to it. there was an “add a room” next to mine separated by a door. it was extremely loud. It was rented to 4 or 5 groups during my stay and all but one was very very loud with either partying until 3 am, or small children who were very unhappy.

the location was ideal for me as I was close to amenities.

the bed was like sleeping on a slighted padded concrete floor with two flat pillows. the coffee maker was full of flies maggots and spiders. unuseable.
