Local was perfect

The bed was tiny, pillows hard as a rock, not homely at all, very blank and not comforting no where to sit that wasn’t hard and leather. Staff were extremely rude as we didn’t book directly with them, had to pay $60 for parking a 10 minute walk away, they also wouldn’t hold our luggage while we parked, so had to walk our belongings through the city. Only one lift worked the whole time we were there, which caused LOTS of delay. The lift traffic caused us to have to walk our luggage down the emergency stair case from level 10…

I loved having my own little home away from home. So much space for me to move around in my wheelchair too. Huge balcony. Good sized kitchen with working appliances. Nice lounge area with smart tv. And the bed was so comfy! Surprisingly quiet spot. There is a small lift in the lobby for wheelchair access to the right of the stairs.

There must have been an error as I didn't get my key code until 30 minutes past 2pm but the landlord was quick to help me out. He also helped me out when the blind fell off in the bedroom, it was fixed the next morning. Something I'll add is the ventilation constantly makes a ringing noise so I mainly just had the windows and balcony door open for fresh air instead. While the location of the spot is nice and quiet I did have to travel away for cafes and restaurants.

I loved the whole vibe, very homey, the owners were super accommodating and helpful over message and were incredibly accommodating to me arriving early, I am so appreciative of that!

The only thing I’d really change is the couch and bed pillows, both super stiff and uncomfortable but could easily look past it given I was in and out most of my stay!

Location and nice and clean

Only a double bed. Should at least have a queen for the price

Nothing at all

The bedroom is super small and the bed is not comfortable. The walls were dirty and the shower broken.

It was very noisy being so close to the freeway.
