"Great communication with hosts, loved the view and facilities in the apartment would definitely recommend."

The location was great. Within walking distance to the shops and tram lines and buses.

The bedroom blinds do not fully close but wasn’t much of an issue.

"I did not spend the night there and left within 1 hour of entering the property."

Hi, I would like to lodge a formal complaint about this property. The bed room window was not sealed. Wind was blowing through the window, it iwas not possible to sleep there without risk getting sick the next day from the coldness. I left the property within 15 minutes of entering the property and had to make other arrangements for accomodation for the night. I am after a full refund. Please advise what the next steps are.
