Location was good

Toilet seat not screwed on properly. Water on the floor in the bathroom. No batteries in the tv remote. Marks over the walls. Tv cabinet protrudes into the bedroom doorway.cabinet was caught walking out of the bedroom and tv fell off. Took them over a month to get back to us te cost etc.

It was nice and close to the station which is what we wanted. It had a pool which the children liked.

The instructions in the display folder weren’t completely clear. It told us the rubbish chute was on the 34th (or 35th?) floor but the tower only went to 30 floors. The wifi password in the book was also incorrect. Luckily o had tech savvy teenagers who figured out the wifi password from the back of the modem and we worked out the rubbish chute on the top floor. We also had no directions for where to drop our oversized rubbish bags. Only that they had to go to the loading bay or something. But we had no directions on where that was. Also getting to the pool was a bit difficult. We first ended up at a pool in a different building. Directions weren’t too clear. But we found our way there in the end.

Location was fantastic!!! Great shower. Excellent size kitchen.

Broken toilet seat. Not enough toilet paper for four guest(we ran out). No full doona covers, only a sheet on top of the doona. No garbage bag in the kitchen rubbish bin.
