If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card. Before your check in: Complete the check in form to help us prepare for your stay and make your arrival smooth. For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you. For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process. To verify payment, a screenshot of the payment transaction from your bank or payment provider (not from the booking platform). Apartment was comefortable and in a great location. The locked basement provided very secure car parking and entry to the building. The owners were super helpful and responsive to messages.

We had the use of a washing machine but there was no dryer which was disappointing. Because it took so long for the clothes to air dry I was unable to do more than 1 small wash.

"Good location in a seedy, run down, one star apartment."

Location is good

The apartment is old, run down and poorly maintained. It was dirty, needed a full deep cleaning, repainting and refurbishment. There were scuff marks on many wall surfaces and on the floor tile. Several floor tiles were loose and the documentation from AUBNB warned of tripping by the door exit to the garden. The garden area could have been quite attractive but the concrete was filthy and the garden beds were overgrown and untended. The patio furniture was way past serviceable as was most of the interior furniture. One dining room chair had loose legs and would have broken had I sat on it. The couch was falling apart and most table surfaces were marred with scratches and missing finish. The property management obviously doesn't supervise the cleaning or maintenance. On arrival we were assaulted with fried grease and decaying garbage odor. This was tracked down to filthy dishes in a filthy, drain stopped dishwasher. Looking at the gas stove top one burner was encrusted with grease so badly that it would not light. A toilet paper roll holder was missing in one bathroom, a light fixture had exposed wiring, a lampshade was broken, and a floor lamp was nearly falling over and dissembling. The curtains were covered in dust and probably would have fallen apart if they were taken down to be cleaned. I reported these problems to AUBNB and it took multiple calls, multiple service men and 3 days to correct some of the issues. They did offer a "deep cleaning" but a proper job would have required us to move out and we were not offered another housing alternative. They did refund the AUD199 cleaning deposit.

Loved this apartment, clean, well equipped, great touches like shampoo/conditioner and sweets on arrival.

Key collection needs to be at apartment as we had a flight to Sydney early morning and the collection point was luckily only just open to drop keys.

Location was excellent as was secure parking

The apartment needs repainting as it’s looking rather tired. Some of the fixtures and fittings also need replacing such as the lamp in the living room, toilet role holder in main bathroom. The towels are very well worn and need replacing and there are no mattress protectors and no pillow protectors, they have used sheets as mattress protectors.
