The Holland Hotel by Simplissimmo

Great location, close to nice restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centres, and tourist attractions. A few min walking distance is available park house for reasonable money. The apartment itself is super special, and it can easily accommodate 8 people. Lift brings you directly to the apartment. Staff wad very helpful and came in 5 min to check us in, appreciate.

Water pressure in showers in the last two bathrooms was super low, and the floor can be better cleaned up.

Layout was great for a group and proximity to shopping and activities was great. Beds were very comfortable.

It was a little worn and while it was modern, some design was not well thought out. As examples, in on bathroom there was a dirty plunger and toilet brush sitting out in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was installed on the opposite side of the bathroom and couldn’t be reached while seated on the toilet. There were a few bugs, but it’s an old building.

We loved the extensive space, beautiful decor and comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms for each bedroom! Great location within walking distance of shopping and great restaurants.

Spacious, well-appointed top floor apartment on cental Montreal shopping street.

Minor complaints only. The central AC system seemed inordinately loud when running, with no apparent way to reduce the fan speed. The entrance to the building is somewhat inconspicuous and it took us a while to find, partly due the (temporary) fencing of an ongoing street renovation project during our stay. It also took some time to contact a person to show us in, after our arrival time was 1-2 hours later than expected due to long lines at immigration and sheer chaos at all taxi and public transportation options at Montreal airport around 6 pm. Also, a cleaning crew up showed up at the apartment at 11.00 am sharp at the day of departure, technically as advertized, but it seemed a bit early for a property where check-in is after 4 pm.

Very nice apartment, roomy, comfortable and clean. All convenience. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathroom and extra 1/2bath .

Size of the property, appliances, HVAC, location though considerable road construction was ongoing just outside the front door making access a challenge.

Fishbowl bathroom in the 4th bedroom (No privacy), the room not being ready as promised so had to stand and wait in the small hot lobby for an hour as the cleaning team worked (no hyperbole), lack of coffee filters for the coffee machine, lack of tissues, switches should be marked so one knows what the switch controls. Bathroom shower in bedroom #2 leaked into the shower so made noise all night, bathroom shower in bedroom 3 seemed to be clogged so had to use the handheld.
