Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in. A C$1000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest's credit card at check-in. Our cleaning team will intervene at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, and in case of damage, a report with pictures will be sent after the evaluation. If no issues are found, the pre-authorization will be released within forty-eight (48) hours of departure. Please note our virtual front desk is available 7 days a week via text, email, and phone. A maximum of 8 guests per room and up to 4 visitors until 11PM are allowed. Security cameras monitor common areas; noncompliance may lead to expulsion and loss of the security deposit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
