Grand Norfolk

Really spacious, and great location with lots of parking. The building is very nice, lots of peri9d features, close to the sea and well equipped.

Lots of maintenance issues at the property, bath taps dont really work, hot water heating set very low 44 degrees, TV had large crack on it, downstairs bathroom lights were flickering like a dance show.

A good spacious apartment at a good price.

It could have been finished to a slightly higher standard, as it was a bit "rough around the edges," and getting in on arrival could have been a little more obvious, but the host was helpful.

Location was convenient to all local shops, beach and pubs

Very dated, towels were in poor condition, bedding not changed during 12 night stay, nowhere to leave rubbish. Kitchen utensils limited and some in poor condition

The apartment was very large so plenty of room. All you need for a relaxed stay

Apartment is 'tired' needs a refurbish. Would not take much to improve it. A few minor fixes or changes are needed to make it a great place to stay.

No breakfast included but location excellent and quiet

Needed some tlc in the flat. No mirrors in bedrooms. Loose board going out of the door to the back of the flat. Unfinished Maisonary in the round pillar in the lounge. Very dangerous slippy wet room as water didn't run away properly. Dining chairs need cushions very hard and uncomfortable

V warm and cosy. Beds comfortable

Not enough kitchen equipment. Saucepans, cutlery, etc. curtain rail kept falling off as it was not fixed to the wall properly, leaving us without curtains. Dishwasher leaked. Shower panels kept falling off
