Beautiful terrace, lovely interior and the kindest, most hospitable hosts

Everything was excellent. Lina, the host, met us on arrival and showed us the place, which included a large cold bottle of water, and the next day she gifted us fresh delicious plums & possibly the best olive oil we had in 3 weeks on 3 Greek islands (she and her husband made the oil themselves). Oh, and plum jam that was homemade too. There’s a bed, bathroom, & kitchen on both floors, with a cute spiral staircase between the two. The kitchens were well stocked, the beds comfy, and oh the upstairs balcony was glorious! View of a small harbor and the sea, a small market a few doors down, and the best sunset & moonset we saw. Highly recommended & we truly hope to get back. Great location, easy access to all the beaches (a car is highly recommended too, esp for the end of the season) and Skopelos Town. The port of Glossa/Loutraki, where we caught a water taxi from/to Skiathos is about 15 minutes away. Skopelos is stunning & we are so happy we stayed at Lina A&M!

Lina and her husband were the most charming couple and even helped us hose the car down after a dusty excursion. They were very helpful and we were given gifts from their garden. The accommodation was super clean and the view from the terrace is a dream. It is ideally situation in the middle of Neo Klima, next to the little port, beaches, tavernas and supermarkets.

All wonderful. Wonderful structure, seafront, spectacular and very clean terrace. Accessorised, clean and very fragrant linen, nothing was missing. Mrs. Lina and her husband are super welcoming and available for any information. I highly recommend it to everyone, without hesitation. Congratulations!!!!

To κατάλυμα βρίσκεται μέσα στο Νέο Κλίμα μόλις 50 μ από την παραλία. Και 200 μ από την παραλία Χόβολο μία από τις πιο όμορφες και παρθένες παραλίες του νησιού. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε σχέση με όλες τις ωραίες παραλίες του νησιού και τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα , ενώ και η απόσταση των 18 χλμ από την χώρα δεν είναι κάτι το εξαιρετικά δύσκολο. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο ακόμα κια για οικογένεια 4 ατόμων. Η βεράντα για το πρωινό πολύ όμορφη και πρακτική. Η Λίνα και ο Σταμάτης πολύ καλοί οικοδεσπότες και ότι μας σύστησαν ήταν εγγύηση. Τα εστιατόρια στο Νέο Κλίμα όλα σε πολύ καλό επίπεδο ποιότητα τιμής και το beach bar Mandalaki αποδυκνείετε σημείο αναφοράς για το νησί, πετύχαμε και πάρτυ ένα βράδυ,

Πιο πολύ ως συμβουλή για την επόεμεnη φορά είναi: ένας εξυχρονισμός στη ντουσιέρα, και μία ενίσχυση στις κουρτίνες συσκότισης της εισόδου. Απλά για να γράψω κάτι αυτές οι συμβουλές.
