Central location

Blinds did not have cords so needed to be hand rolled up which is quite awkward. No microwave dishes for heating food. Double bed quilt is very small. Noise outside the apartment on Saturday night was horrendous so although it’s central, it’s not great for sleeping on a weekend night.

Very clean. Central location, nice apartment

Slight problem with gaining access one night when neither key code or key could open door. But managed to gain access after about 20 mins. Therefore in the circumstances, it was not a major issue

"Outstanding Spacious Accommodation"

Outstanding spacious and comfortable accommodation with great facilities in a prime location.

There was no functional extraction fan on the stove and the fire alarm went off while cooking breakfast. Apart from that everthing far exceeded our expectations.

"Cozy and reasonably priced accommodation in the heart of Newcastle"

Cozy beds, clean bathroom, comfortable living room, and warm bedrooms. Thanks to the on-time support by staff to solve the issue with heating system: very efficient and responsive staff!

There is not enough cookware (although not all people would cook a serious dinner, but some like us might prefer a homemade feast during their holiday stay)

"Chagring me £100 pound for one single bed sheet having sick on it, explained I would of cleaned it but no washing machin"
