"Great place!"

Great kitchen - loved being able to make our own dinner & breakfast. Coffee station was awesome! Comfy bed. Good internet. Great shower.

Nothing! In transit but wished we had more time. Would stay again.

"Sunset Tides is simply exceptional."

Absolutely awesome. Blown away by the accommodation. If you want some ideas for a basement apartment you had better beat a path to Sunset Tides. The Coffee Bar and Home Theatre were better than anything I've experienced in such circumstances. We had just returned after an overseas trip which included some high-end accommodation but this was equal or better.

We only had an overnight -- as we were en route to Boston. The facilities were a bit wasted on two tired people on a long road trip.

"Superb"

The place was so well presented and set up for us. We had a very short stay, but we were so impressed with the lengths the host went to. Excellent kitchen, everything well labeled, easy beach access. great communication.

There is no getting around the fact that it is a basement, but hats off to the hosts for making it so hospitable.
