The facility was very spacious, comfortable beds, and exceptionally clean. The hosts attended to details such as a coffee bar and providing fresh fruit in the fridge.

I was a little worried when I booked this because I love lots of natural light and this property is the basement of the owner’s house. But they have managed to turn this property into a destination rental, with lots of bonus features which make you forget you are in a basement. The cinema in the living room is amazing (there’s even a popcorn machine). Loved the coffee bar and the delicious cookies. And we appreciated the take away cups for our coffee seen as we left early to get onto Minister’s Island. The best for me was the bathroom and the largest shower we have ever seen! We slept really well! The beach is just down the garden where we had a take away dinner of fish and chips with a bottle of wine while watching the sunset. We didn’t cook but the property is very well equipped to cook a meal. We had a great time and we truly regret only booking one night!

We loved our stay at Sunset Tides. The rooms were large and spacious. The kids loved the movie theater and the coffee station was perfect for a tired mom. Lots of grass and beach front for the kids to enjoy the outdoors.

All the little details and thoughts put into this spacious unit to make it all comfortable with easy instructions. Beautiful property with backyard walk to lovely beach where we can see tides in the quiet beach / backyard

Great location! Beautiful accommodations! Above and beyond amenities! The host was very attentive and provided a lot of extra touches to welcome us and make us feel at home.
