Could have had more kitchenware. Frying pan. Broiler pan.

Easy to enter and private, though owners are nearby if help is needed (we didn’t need it, since they’ve thought of everything—many friendly signs and notes to guide us in use of the apartment). Epic entertainment area… so comfortable with giant projected tv screen the size of the wall. Lovely comfortable bedrooms, huge shower, all the towels and sheets high quality. It’s obvious the owners have taken a huge amount of care to make sure visitors have a good stay. I am currently sitting here this morning with my latte (several ways of making coffee, including an espresso maker!). We only used one bedroom, but are considering returning with family as there are two bedrooms plus a pullout couch in the spacious living room. Next time we’ll bring our dog too. He would love it here. And we’ll stay longer and experience the beach. The owners live upstairs, so you will hear the soft feet of their dog padding across the floor in the morning, a nice homey sound, only noticeable if you listen closely. Otherwise it is very quiet. I’m realizing my glowing account may sound like a tourist writer’s blurb! But nope; I am just grateful for the care taken.

Just to make sure my glowing account above is balanced, I’ll mention that this is in the basement of the owners’ house. So you won’t be looking out the window at the amazing view (which is out there as soon as you go out…it’s steps to the beach). The owners have set up a web cam on the living room wall though, so you can see the beach view (straight across to the island in the St Croix River). :) Not the real thing but such a nice touch.

Special place with every detail and much more thought of. The location was amazing too. We felt so relaxed there.

This was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. The hosts were 100% on top of their game. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll done!!

The apartment was in the basement and had a little damp smell, but they had dehumidifiers to help with that. Not really a problem.

The place was wonderful and so clean and inviting.

One guest could hear voices in the room above her even at 2-3 am so she had a difficult out time sleeping.

The apartment was beautiful, as well as the decor. The unit was very spacious and well laid out. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel very special by personalizing their black boards. There were plenty of amenities, including a well stocked coffee bar and fresh fruit in the fridge,

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer.

Location was superb! The apartment was very spacious with lots of personal touches that made us feel very welcomed. We brought our dog with us, and she had a beautiful fenced in back yard to play ball in after a long car ride. The bathroom was amazing! Biggest walk-in shower we've ever seen!

Nothing....except maybe a longer stay!
