Sunset Tides

We loved the location and the hosts did many little special things to make us feel welcome.

We had some difficulty using the regular coffee maker. We had our own coffee. The hosts had provided a wide assortment of beautiful coffees but I needed my low acid coffee.

Hosts were very welcoming and added many nice personal touches. Loved the coffee bar. We didn’t have time to check out the movies; but that also was a nice. The view from the backyard was fabulous.

Even though it was probably advertised, it was difficult to be in a bedroom without a window.

The place was immaculate, with lots of “extras” such as TV projector, multiple coffees and machines, and electronics. It is a basement apartment below the owners, but quiet. It is right on the water with beautiful views. It is convenient to St Andrews.

Wonderful is the only word that describes this place … location, furnishings, everything is well thought of and prepared for their guests, down to a popcorn machine for movie night, and fresh flowers in the bedroom. A high-tech but comfortable lodging. We would willingly have stayed more than 2 nights. Worth a 10++.

Stunning location with beautiful views of the water. Well thought out set-up. Most generous hosts. Amazing attention to detail. Clean and well-appointed. Quiet. Fabulous place to stretch out your legs after a long day of travel! Perfect for our family of four. Even the teenagers are happy!

Setting is stunning with outdoor picnic area and fire pit. We only stayed for a night, and were quite comfortable. The bedrooms are spotless, the kitchen is well stocked, and there is a wonderful coffee bar.
