Sweet getaway apartment - central & parking

Compact, well equipped and clean apartment within a short walking distance to the city centre. Communication from the host was excellent, as were her directions on how to reach the apartment, which were needed! The apartment is within a huge and unique building housing a variety of business units as well as accommodation.

A comfortable apartment with a very good price-quality ratio. Everything was nice and practical, and the hostess from Republika Srpska was absolutely wonderful, so kind, warm, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Lage ist gut.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einen riesigen heruntergekommenen Bürokomplex. Es wird angegeben, dass Parkplätze und eine 24h-Rezeption zur Verfügung stehen, dass ist im Grunde gelogen. Die Parkplätze stehen den Firmen zur Verfügung und die "Rezeption" ist lediglich ein nicht aufmerksamer Security der für das Firmengebäude zuständig ist. Das Zimmer ist nett aber wenn man genauer hinsieht weißt es einige Defizite auf (Schimmel im Bad, Kastentüren hängen schief, Bettwäsche roch nach kalten Zigarettenrauch, das Sicherheitsgeländer neben den Bett hält nicht mehr). Die Toilette wurde leider durch unsere Vorgänger verstopft, die Unterkunftgeberin organisierte zwar einen Handwerker, die erste Nacht mussten wir jedoch eine weiter entfernte Gangtoilette der Firmen nutzen. Wenn es sich dabei um eine günstige Unterkunft handeln würde, könnte man über all das hinwegsehen aber nicht für den Preis. Auf den Bilder wird ein guter Eindruck suggeriert aber hier geht es lediglich ums Geld machen.

Slight smell of cigarette smoke on the towels. Washing didn’t drain. Could do with another mirror, not just in the bathroom.

Mooi en ruim appartement. Allerhande keukengerei beschikbaar. Fijne en schone badkamer. Daarnaast ook op loopafstand van het centrum. Tevens gratis parkeerplaats.

Appartement bevindt zich in een beetje vaag gebouw, maar voor de rest top!

Cosy place to stay, very comfotable, well cleaned with a really friendly cleaner and helpful host. It's compact, but well thought out. The location kept central Ljublana totally walkable, though there are also nearby bus and train stations. The building it is inside is one of the stangest places I have ever been. I think the building is the former offices of Tobačna - an enormous tobacco company that was established during the Austro-Hungarian empire, and it seems to have been partially renovated (over many years and in many phases) to be a hub for small business, with former rooms largely being offices. For us, this was a plus as it was a unique experience, but it won't be for everyone.

The washing machine didn't seem to drain properly (but semi-fixed by re-running the drain cycle), the building won't be for everyone (but it was a plus for us!).

Etwa 10min Fußweg in die Innenstadt.

Sauberkeit ist für mich etwas anderes: dreckiges Geschirr, Spülmaschine war auch nicht ausgeräumt, dreckige Fließenfugen im Bad … Sehr langer Weg durch das alte Gebäude bis man im Zimmer ankommt
