It was tough to find where to collect the keys and I had to wait 30 minutes (after check-in time) for the host to call the security guard and let me in the apartment. During check-out, (another) security guard was very rude to me and did not let me leave my suitcase at the reception (as it was promised to me by the host). I did not see or talk with the host, we only exchange messages.
