Warm and cosy. Heating easy to use. Centrally situated for promenade and shops. Very clean and comfortable.

The property was excellent, location and standards of the cleanliness.

Nothing was wrong.

Accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped, the bed in bedroom was comfortable. Excellent location close to restaurants, beach and Orme and we were able park outside property. Good value for money

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sit on and the mattress was so thin you could feel the springs. My daughter ended up sleeping on the other couch! This was the only thing that let the place down and stopped us giving full marks.

4th year stopping at 7 llewelyn ave. great location for centre / seafeont. nice size apartment.

parking, but i think llandudno in general is the same. decor is looking its age, bath panel taped up. bed frame is snapped, worst 3 nights sleep for a long time. 2nd year running, that when loading car / van ready for leaving ( an hour before time) that owner / cleaner? is sat waiting for you too leave, ok not at property, but close by. makes you feel rushed to leave.

Amazing, very clean, spacious and had everything needed. Lovely place. Lots of room and all ground floor for easy access. Would love to stay here again, thank you so much from the Adams family, Liverpool . X

There’s nothing to dislike, could not fault this accommodation.

Location was excellent.

Car parking was an issue.

The location was great! There was enough space for us and two little children. We got locked out of the property and the owner very kindly let us back in at short notice.

The property was not cleaned to a high standard. There were cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. The mattress on the sofa bed was so thin and uncomfortable that even my 7 year old couldn’t sleep on it and instead slept on the sofa. There are not enough glasses and cups.
