"Nice, warm flat in central Llandudno, easy access to the shops, sea front and mountain railway."

Comfortable sofa, really warm in the flat, kitchen compact and easy to use, bedroom well set-up, flat easy to access down short corridor from front door.

One light not working and window blinds hard to pull up if you are an older person.
