Morwenna Holiday Apartments

Great location, nice outside seating area, pleasant and responsive host, and good sharp knives in the kitchen. We did have an issue but it was responded to very promptly. Generous box of snacks!

I hate to leave a bad review and I accept this was a very inexpensive apartment for Llandudno on a bank holiday weekend, but unfortunately cleanliness was an issue. The couches had stretchy black covers and one of these was sprinkled with what appeared to be dandruff in its headrest area. Kitchen drainer had pieces of food lodged in it, sticky grill pan and dirty cups and cutlery. Slow draining shower with hair on it and peeling away sealant tape. We probably would have lived with all of this and chosen not to stay again... The real disappointment was the bed. I hesitate to say the sheets had been slept in, but the bottom sheet was littered with little bits of black debris. At best, something dirty had been put on the sheet before the duvet was put on the bed? There was also a short curly hair in the bed. I alerted the host who immediately responded with sincere apologies and fresh bedding, but as we'd already brushed it down to put our exhausted toddler to bed, it was only practical to change the pillow cases that evening. Overall it was evident that the apartment had been cleaned, however I don't think that the attention to detail was sufficient. If there had been another place available that night (we looked!), we'd potentially have taken the hit and moved at considerable expense. Looking at the reviews, this isn't an isolated experience, or a universal one, and I hope that improvements can be made to cleaning because I do believe the host wants guests to enjoy their stay.

We were greeted by Chris who was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The apartment was clean with lovely touches laid out for us.

I hade a wonderful stay at the Morwenna, from start to finish. Met Chris on arrival who was very welcoming and informative on local restaurants and on general information on Llandudno. The apartment was above my expectation and had everything you would require for a pleasant stay. The kitchen area had all you would need if you preferred to cook at home but in my case i found the Wetherspoons a three minute walk away very convenient, this building is a must on any visit just to see the old Palladium interior truly stunning. All in all a lovely stay and a big thankyou to Chris for being so welcoming.

Clean and tidy split level flat with a well equipped kitchen. Handy covered seating area at front. Greeted at property by owner.

Parking nearby is an issue but managed to find a couple of gaps when needed. Though there is plenty of paid parking near the location. We had flat 4 and the bedroom width means the side access to bed is a little tight..but we managed OK.

Emplacement parfait entre gare et centre ville et funiculaire pour Great Orme ou plage. L'accueil de Chris très sympa. Chambre petite et petite cuisine (très bien équipée) mais pour 1 seule nuit ça va. Le Cottage Loaf derrière le logement est un très bon pub pour manger ou boire un verre.

Clean, comfortable with everything I needed. Love the little extra touches of coffee and chocolate drink sachets along with a great selection of biscuits. Robes and slippers on the beds. Rooms smell lovely too. Great location near to everything but also peaceful. Great outdoor seating area too . Chris, the host is warm and welcoming and very friendly.
