Nice touches with dressing gowns provided, slippers and toothbrushes, also very generous with tea, coffee and snacks

Just a minor niggle, but could do with a shelf in the shower for shampoo and shower gel

Only a short stay for us….but the private use of the kitchen/lounge area is a massive plus.

Personally….the bed was a bit on the low side for me.

Full home, cleanliness and the amenities provided

Check in time was 4pm and checkout time was 10am. This needs to change. Check out should be 12pm to give guests ample time in the morning for vacating the place.

The room had everything you could possible need plus lovely treats. Exceptional value for money and hosts were lovely. Location was perfect.

The location was excellent and the manager was lovely and welcoming. There was a nice selection of snacks and the room had a cooker and microwave.

The bathroom was almost unusable - the toilet was too close to the wall and had a very poor flush. We were aware it was a Saniflow toilet, but even after following instructions, it took at least full 5 flushes per use. Also the shower was leaking and the water pressure was poor. The bathroom was also too small to fit the bath mat outside the shower and the floor ended up very wet and the bath mat was squashed against the toilet. While most of the apartment was clean, there was debris around the dishwasher area on the floor, and a loose wooden panel. The glass table was also smeared and didn’t look like it had been cleaned correctly. The manager also said he would bring a tea towel as there was meant to be one, but we never received one. The children slept well in the twin bedroom but the sofa bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, the room was directly next to the smoking area outside - it wasn’t used during our stay, but would have been a major problem if it had.

Met at door shown around all rooms my friend said bed was soft and bouncy, lovely clean rooms very friendly and helpful hosts recommended to everyone definitely booking again will be 3rd time going
