Apartment 4, Llandudno Apartments

Clean and good area

The light was flickering and my friend had epilepsy which we then couldn’t turn that light on. She was meant to be using the sofa bed also so very disappointed in that , I also message 3 times about paying for a later check out which I never got a reply to

Wasn't bothered by staff at all during our stay which was great , felt like our own place during the stay

Lot of stairs which wasn't ideal with a 4 year old but manageable, but worth it for the views

The location was spot on as it is close to the main beach and tourist attractions. It was a clean room and all guests were comfortable staying there. It was relatively easy to find and locate the apartment. The host/ manager answered any questions I had prior to visiting.

There is a lot of stairs to navigate which made it tricky with young children. There was a annoying buzzing generator that we all were aware of at night as it was located in the bedroom; this didn't make getting to sleep and keeping asleep easy. The bathroom/ toilet door needs a lock as it kept opening as it was a light door.

Absolutely nothing

1. The 6 flights of stairs to the apartment (which we wasnt told about in ANYthing from booking.com or the people of cornerhouse apartments) 2. Tripping up the step as soon as you walk tgrough the front door (dark hallway, no lighting) no signs saying please the step nor safety tape on the step itself to see the step. 3. Lock literally ripped off the bathroom door, so no privacy, when using the loo or having a shower. As the door kept coming open. 4.mould,dirt,flaking paint/paper in every room. On the windows/window sills, skirting boards and walls. 5. Windows dangerous, you have to literally slam them shut to close them and ram then back open. No safety wires fitted to any windows. Every window had issues. 6. Shower looked like it had been used, sand in the tray. All the bedding was stained. 7. Electric cupboard was in the bedroom, a single/double bed in there. The cupboard had a little sling over hook but a child could easily access this.should of been more substantial. Again it was dangerous. 8. So many dirty splatters over the bedroom walls, disgusting. No attempt to clean it Theres so much to say, got proof and photos. Please note- was going to post alot more photos than the 4 below, to show how bad this apartment is, but we can only post 4. Theres plenty more. Please zoom into the photos and see the state of what we endured. Just making you aware of booking with this apartment. I know we arent the only ones thats found all these issues. And i just think you should be aware before booking with this apartement. What is advertised is not what your getting as you can see by the photos we took of apartment 4.

Views were good an beds were comfortable would recommend to family an friends my little girl had an amazing time here aswell.

I didn't like I had no scourers to wash up dishes or bin liners in there had to buy our own stuff which I left for the next lot of people who would stay had a washing machine but had no washing powder provided as it states on there is cleaning.products an that there foe you but there wasn't as I had to buy our own cleaning products but apart from that had a brilliant stay would recommend to family an friends.

Loved the apartment , it had everything you needed in a good place location wise it was very comfy but some rooms need a bit of attention

Stairs were horrendous I have mobility problems and ime 67 my daughter has copd so we realy struggled ,it should be on the site just how many stairs there are I wouldn't have gone if I had known before so for me it spoilt my holliday a bit

We liked the location. We were well aware of the number of stairs required to climb to the apt which was 64 in total. However, this was not highlighted on the advert but found via the comments from others! It should be stated on the website description itself.

The kitchen was deprived of any cloths, sponges for washing-up. Luckily, there was a small amount of washing up liquid which was probably left from a previous occupant. I had to email the management to ask for a cloth to wipe down the surfaces etc. The apt lacked a dustpan and brush or a soft broom so, when we accidently dropped something on the floor, there was nothing at all to sweep it up with! There was no lock on the toilet/bathroom door! It swung open if the bathroom window was adjar, which it always did because the window didn't close properly. Either that or it banged all the time from the draft! The bathroom didn't have any hooks for hanging clothes or towels. There were four of us using it so where we're the towels to be put? One light in the living room didn't work. Although there were four of us we only had enough towels for three people. Again, the extra towels had to be requested. The fridge was about six inches thick with frost at the back. It wasn't working properly and, instead of keeping the food cold, it actually froze the produce even though the dial was on zero. We felt that the Management care re people staying in this apt could have had more consideration. However, It was a nice apt and reasonably clean. Just a tad tired looking, especially the dining chairs. I do hope the points we have pointed out will be attended to - they are all equally important.
