Apartment 4, Llandudno Apartments

Apartment decor was lovely and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for clothes etc

Lock on bathroom door was missing and a few splash marks on wall in bedroom but didn't effect stay too much

Great location its about 2 minute walk to the beach and pier and there are plenty of bars and resataurants close by.

There is no parking, you will have to park away from the property but you can use the taxi rank outside as a drop off point, there are loads of steps to get to the property (think the wife counted over 60) also there are no glasses in the property only a small thing but there were only 2 pub pint glasses ...

Location very good. Apartment very good. A very lot of stairs. Which they do not say in the right up

With having quite bad health issues. The amount of stairs to our room no4. Was too much, with having a child as well. With having bags, we had to make several journeys. Which we had to rest. Did not see any staff at all. It says free parking which id not true.

Location was perfect and the apartment layout and facilities were really good. Staff were friendly as well, we stayed on the top floor they helped us carry our bags down

Nothing, just needed a refresh of paint and a few furniture bits needed fixing

The overnight parking was away from the place . They made our old aged parents get out of the apartment while they waited for us to come back with the car . The behaviour towards our parents was a total disappointment. We were not going to stay there for the whole day. We agreed it was delayed because of the traffic outside. But not even stayed for more than an hour. I won't recommend it to anyone in the future. Will rate 0/10
