Montague House Apartments

the location were lovely. great to get to local amenities such as shops cafes ect. paul were polite. the beds were comfy and the bedroom were cosy.

a hair dryer could've been available and possibly a television in the bedroom but apart from that we had a great stay :)

Location is grate the bed was comfortable

Stayed 2 nights constant banging for two nights not sure if it was other guest but kept us awake It wasn't particularly clean apartment

Everything we visit llandudno 3 or 4 times a year at different b/b s i have stayed twice here room 1 and 2 in the passed . this appartment was home from home for my wife and myself chilled tv very large couch both of us could relax on coffe table with a view of the peir and sea in the bay window. Kitchen great

The property was big and comfortable , central to everything, clean and tidy. Tea and coffee was nice to have available.

Could do with a new frying pan.

The apartment was in the perfect location right near the centre and by the beach which was perfect. It felt safe and cosy, with a comfortable bed and a great TV. The kitchen area is fine for smallish meals. overall a really nice stay everything felt decently clean and it is impeccable value for money :)

We found a pair of old dirty socks that had been left on the couch which was a bit strange, and the tea towel was really smelly and clearly unclean, so we had to use tissue to dry our clean dishes. Those would be the only complaints and completely expected when the place was so cheap and a perfect stay otherwise.

Perfect location, you're surrounded by bars and restaurants and you're a couple minutes from the beach. The apartment has everything you need

It looked good online, owner let us check in early. Good location

The entrance hard to find, smelled awful, stair dirty, unit ready for guests but was filthy, fridge stank, glasses & kitchen dirty, cooking equipment rusty & unusable, mattress 100 years old (like in Asia). After spending time to clean I found no batteries in TV remote and no bulbs in lamps. When I asked the owner he wouldn’t respond. TV was broken. So while raining I couldn’t cook or watch Netflix so I booked elsewhere and didn’t stay 1 night. Booking.com refunded me.

Location was great! The apartment was clean and cosy. Very comfortable. Great communication with the owner and helped us greatly

Climing the stairs 😂 was on top floor but really quiet and clean, would book again hopefully soon
