Radiator in front room didn't work

Great location spacious rooms with oven microwave fridge freezer. Great for a family stay.

Nothing it was good value

It was a good location, as described, very centrally located, 2 mins from train station entrance located next to subway, not hard to find at all. Very clean and all amenities were available, even a hair dryer and iron .

Bed was a little soft for me and the wife but comfy enough.

Good central location.

Overall, a poor finish to the apartment. Several holes in walls, missing screws, bunk bed ladder damaged (potentially dangerous). Very noisy at night, particularly in the rear of the apartment. Sounded like an industrial laundromat operating nearby. Accommodation Not really suitable for families in its current condition.

The place was not very clean. The shelf in the bathroom was hanging off the wall (falling apart).

好多蚊螆多都覺得好滋擾，感覺好唔乾淨 每個窗都有好多蚊螆跳跳吓，啲蚊滋又不停周圍飛，仲要自己搵嘢不停拍死啲蚊螆，等我啲小朋友冇咁煩擾，洗手盆 垃圾桶 房間都充滿蚊螆，梳化好污糟坐落去好多一粒粒好似係沙嘅嘢黐住喺個身，所有東西感覺好殘舊冇去維修，床舖有黑色一撻撻污跡，兩晚唔到夜晚都唔想反去感覺好差

Everything. The apartment is massive. The living room was bigger than the whole apartment we have stayed in for the past 2 years! The couch and bed were super comfy! I never sleep through and I am usually up several times during the night but for two nights I have managed to sleep right through. The location is excellent too.

2 towels between 4 people No hand towel It showed it was soundproof it wasn't No body wash as mentioned No safe to lockup personal things said thier was a safe You got charged to use the washing machine and dryer Wasn't 100% clean The clothes to hang up was broken
