St Hilary Central Apartments

Ideal location for station, shops, food shops etc. Fairly quiet considering it was a main road through LLandudno.

A pint of milk would have been nice to have a cuppa when you arrived

Our third stay in the apartment, it has a great location, good size space, comfy sofa and a large TV. Others mention issues with noise, I have not hear anything for pub or main road during any of our stays.

A few issues we encountered during our stay, mostly issues with the housekeeping that would not put us off staying here again... Only 2 forks. Only 2 bowls. Cooker hood light will not stay on unless you hold the button. Yellow stuff on inside of bedroom window and headboard (expanding foam or egg?). Bedroom window pane cracked. Battery cover missing from remote. Bathroom window lock stuck, so cannot shut windows, bathroom cold overnight so had to use heater. Flat internal hallway light bulb out. 1/2 landing light flickering. Iron Bru bottle still under chair (as noted in Booking.com review of May 3rd).

The apartment is brilliant,and is in a great location...as in all the reviews I'll be honest,yes there is a noise that comes from the generator outside but to be honest if your in the back bedoom you can't hear it and you can't hear it in the living room either.All the amenities work well shower cooker microwave etc,and even though it's in the middle of the city centre it was nice and quiet.We did go on a Sunday till Tuesday so keep that in mind.All in all we had a great stay and would definitely go back.For the price and location it's brilliant value for money, and the host was excellent keeping in touch with us at all times .If I was rating this apartment I'd give it a good 8 out of 10 cheers 👍 👍

Very spacious apartment. Fantastic location,walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

Shower was a tad slow. No terrestrial TV

Shower wasn’t very good no toiletries but did take my own. Was four of us only three of everything cutlery plates etc had to make up beds for children

Brilliant location, close to station, shopping centre,shops and beach

All was ok

location was good for the local attractions, however with it being on the main trip the pub over the road was quite loud until about 11am. Mattress was comfortable as were the pillows.

Hall was tatty with torn off wallpaper. the bulb right above the main entrance door didn't work nor did the light in the bathroom which ment going to the toilet later in the evening or at night was interesting. The main bed was that creaky when i first sat on it that i knew i wouldn't be able to sleep at night with the noise so had to go to halfords to buy some allen keys to tighten up the bolts and afterwards it was fine. To the owner there are still some bolts that required a socket or spanner to tighten up as they have come loose. Also there was a nail sticking up on the foot of the top bunk bed which could be very hazardous for anyone climbing the ladder to get to the top bunk. Also to the owner you need to have a word with your cleaner as there was an empty iron bru bottle under one of the chairs in the sitting room and no new bin bag left for us upon arrival and a used shaver in the shower caddy so clearly she is lacking in some respect.

The apartment is in an excellent central location and it's a good size.
