Clean modern ideal location

Great location, nice kitchen.

Work needs to be done to make the place worthy of staying. It was a cold an wet day so we all couldn’t wait to get in and warm up- unfortunately the place was freezing meaning we had to layer up to keep warm. The heating apparently is on a timer, you’d therefore think they would be switched on so the timer could go off and have the place at least a little warm on arrival. The heating however in the bathroom and bedroom did not come on. I messaged the host and was told that the heater in the kitchen should take the edge off- not sure how that is possible as it small and lets little heat out. The sofa bed was disgraceful- so uncomfortable and dirty- don’t stay if your planning to use it/ worst nights sleep! On top of that I understand it’s a listed building meaning the windows are only and can be noise when windy- but it’s like loud whistling in the bedroom and like a motorcycle in the living room - surly they could be improved to allow guests to actually have a decent nights sleep. Decor needs attention, cracking ceiling paint in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom plug doesn’t work so can’t have a bath.

Excellent location, large flat, good lounge, kitchen and bathroom facilities. Bedroom good size and comfy bed. Clean linen. If planning to use bed in bedroom then perfect place to stay and great value for money.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, not usable as a bed, with very off putting smell. Sofa's were grubby.

Shower didn't work. Window didn't close in living room.

everything was clean, perfect location for eating out and close to bars etc.

The location was fantastic. There was a useful folder supplying great information. The bedroom was clean and tidy.

No parking. Although stairs to the room were mentioned there seemed to be many more stairs than I thought. Sadly, the sofas were very tired and grubby. When we pulled the sofa bed out it was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep on it so didn't have any sleep. A cloth to wipe surfaces down would have been helpful.

The proximity to the beach and other tourist areas such as the cable cars and restaurants. Nice view from the apartment, too.

Very difficult to find parking close by. A little awkward climbing the stairs with luggage, also. Luckily we didn't have much .
