Easy to collect keys, great location, WiFi not very good but it isn’t an essential. Overall we enjoyed our stay thank you.

The apartment itself was mostly lovely. Location was fantastic, very close to the beach and local shops.

When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The sofa bed was practically unusable, I have seen thicker mattresses in prisons, and it sagged ridiculous amounts in the middle - myself and my partner ended up just sleeping on the sofas. I think there should also be a warning about the sheer amount of stairs that need to be climbed to reach the apartment too. It got absolutely freezing at night time, and the guide book states that we cannot amend the heating settings, so we were just sat shivering the majority of the evening.

Great location. Lovely clean spacious apartment with sea views. Couldn't fault it.

The view, location, very spacious comfortable apartment with adequate heating as it was December

The stairs, very steep and seem to go on forever so you felt like you couldn't just pop out for anything it was a trek.

Located in the centre of Llandudno with all amenities close by

Directions were out of date as the details provided included shops that no longer existed. This made locating the access a little difficult. Front access a little difficult to open. 64 stairs to the apartment - we managed but some may struggle,. The apartment itself was cold and took a long time to get warm. Saucepans burnt and no oven trays meant cooking was challenging. No corkscrew and limited kitchen items.
