Loved that each bedroom was ensuite. Great lakeside location. Modern, fresh clean apartment. Had everything we needed showing thought and attention to detail by the hosts. Welcome pack was a lovely extra.

A little noisy outside Thursday morning with the bin lorry and Friday night from the nearby pubs. However I must also mention that the hosts have done as much as they can to reduce noise by internal shutters. Very grateful for the extra noise reduction.

"Warm, clean and comfortable"

Very modern, warm, clean and had everything we needed. The shower was great the bath lovely and the bed cozy. Decor was modern and yet felt welcoming. We would stay again if the hosts would have us.

A few of the patrons from the pub over the road had a huge fight Saturday night in the wee hours of the morning which was slightly annoying but no fault of the properties. Might be worth asking the pub to have security staff if their patrons cannot behave?

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting the broads or surrounding areas. We spent New Year’s Eve here and it was simply amazing. The apartment is modern, super clean and the location is spot on. The hosts were also super helpful and made our stay as easy as possible
