Everything was so close from Bars Restaurants and takeaways for a little getaway and swan view was a great location and was very clean and had everything you would need

Fabulous apartment with a modern interior. All rooms are light, airy, and furnished to a high standard. Plenty of storage in both bedrooms. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed and more. The additional touches of a welcome basket of crisps, cookies and wine were a lovely thought. It is literally a home from home. The apartment was in a great location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs, lovely walks around the park, the lake, broads. Perfectly positioned to visit the coast and/or the Suffolk countryside, Norfolk, Norwich, so many places to visit. Highly recommend both the apartment and area.

Literally have no complaints

We loved everything about Swan View from the moment we walked in. The apartment is spacious, well decorated and fully equipped. It is clean, warm, and comfortable with plenty of relaxing seating and a lovely balcony as well as a dining room table and chairs. One of the reasons we chose this apartment was that it has two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Ideal for two couples. The views are lovely over Oulton Broad. There are several good places to eat locally. The Copper Smokehouse and The Old Dairy were excellent eateries. The location is perfect for exploring Suffolk. Parking was right outside the apartment. We enjoyed the welcome gifts of wine, crisps and cookies. Plenty of tea and coffee were provided. I would recommend taking a pint of milk with you so you can make a hot drink when you arrive as this is not always supplied. Matt and Michaela were excellent hosts who responded to messages immediately. Thank you!

This is an incredibly well kept property with everything that you would need for a relaxing break. The cleanliness is superb, they have thought of every little thing you may need and the location is second to none! What an absolute gem!
