The location

Unfortunately, our stay at Caprice Palace Résidence did not meet our expectations. The cleanliness of the apartment was noticeably lacking, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, although check-in was officially stated to begin at 15:00, we were only able to enter the property at 17:00 without any proper communication or apology. This delay and the overall lack of preparation left a poor impression. I hope the management takes steps to improve these issues for future guests.

The location listed on Booking.com isn't real, it's far away from everything. And yes, it's in a luxury development, but the apartment is abandoned. We didn't use the kitchen or the bathroom because they were disgusting. We took it by the terrace and we couldn't access it because the blind on that door wouldn't go up. The closet door fell on me and I had to go to the emergency room with a sprained hand. If you want to have a terrifying stay, this is the right place! Recommended for having your worst nightmares!

The residence is located in a prime location, it is clean, secure and well kept. The apartment is furnished tastefully, well equipped, clean and comfortable furniture.Laila and Zakaria made sure that all needs are met. They were friendly and professional.
