Rating: 3/5 The apartment was good, spacious, and catered well to our needs overall. It was comfortable and provided sufficient space for our stay.

there were a couple of key issues that affected our experience. The shower was clogged, which made using it inconvenient, and the bathroom light had failed, leaving only a very dim light, which was quite frustrating. Apart from these issues, the apartment met our expectations and worked well for our stay. With some maintenance improvements, this place could be better.

Prime location, well kept residence. The apartment is a work of art, comfortable, clean and well equipped with a beautiful balcony view overlooking the mountains and Koutobia tower.Laila and Zakaria exceeded expectations.

Location was ok. Reception staff was friendly.

Where do I start? Bedsheets stained. Shower drain blocked. Dead cockroach under the blanket. cleanliness 0. The bedsheets were filthy and disgusting.

Sun only in the morning and outside only until 4.00pm because of the next door building.

I really liked it , it’s clean cozy and near downtown .

The property was clean and tidy.

The Wi-Fi password given didn’t work. Asked the reception and was told the Manager would fix it. But it didi not happen during our stay.

location was nice 3 km from the medina. plenty of taxis only 30 dh 3 euros. shopping mall with big carrefour 5 min walk. cafes 1 min walk shop 1 min walk. pool was nice and clean. apartment 33 was clean bedrooms a good size/ aircon in living room and double bedroom, both worked well. bathroom with shower was fine. big fridge in kitchen, kettle etc. the reception was helpful especially Zacara who was very helpful kind polite and tried to help any way he could, lovely guy.

kitchen was very basic you would not want to cook in it. no iron or ironing board. wifi did not work and with that tv would not work. the passwords we were given none worked but u can buy a sim for your phone very easy. no washing machine but we didnt need it. no sunbeds around pool and chairs were bolted to the floor.
