MY80 Apartment located in the inner of Melbourne CBD

The appartment was just right for our stay in size, location and accessibility

There was nothing that we didn’t like about our apartment

the location and pricing was reasonable as it was near quite a few shops and food outlets so we did not need to travel far for food. It was easy for ubers to collect us.

The hosts were quite consistent on messaging! I did have a little confusion around the deposit which got sorted but thought it was too much when they were messaging me about when i was checking out which i didn’t even see until the next day anyway (if i stayed longer i felt like they would’ve been annoying). a few things were faulty already and close to breaking. the shower was loud and had poor running water but the water in the sinks were fine. we asked for an extra towel from the reception but they were rude, expecting us to know to contact the property manager (had no idea they were different companies). would have been nice to have some instructions about letting people into the building which would have saved so many trips up and down the elevator. would have been nice to know about the access to the bin shoot too. rules were fair but felt pressured a little with towels to keep them as clean as possible. stains all through the couch and carpet.

It was located at a very convenient location in Melb CBD. My room was particularly clean and the beds were very comfy. Great place to stay for the price considering it was during F1 finals

The $300 bond deposit was a huge letdown and sending ID and credit card photos felt like a breach of privacy. Poor and inconsistent communication from the hosts
