"Good location and value, but a bit worn down"

Location was fantastic and Sapphire was extremely helpful. It had everything we needed and was relatively comfortable. It was very affordable.

We saw a few cockroaches during our stay and the view out the window was rubbish piled up from other apartments in the complex.

"Perfect location in the CBD"

The location was just perfect for our stay. The room is comfortable enough.

Check-in time was delayed by an hour. The host was very apologetic for the delay, it would have been better if they had let us know in advance in some way.

Sapphire profile pic 8-) she looks like would be delicious and ...stop, sorry. Lol My review as a gentleman!

Made me wait in the heat and cleaner only started clean room as arrived smelt like had been on too much whacky backy...Booked room for 11am told 1pm and even better was when arrive on 38c hot day at 1.30pm. Told come back in half hrs and attitude was almost enough to make me snap on hot day. CLEANER IS MAKING YOUR HOTEL look cheap, dingy and unless coming to meet Saphire be doubtful returning. Cheers anyway

"The host is very nice, they met us at the entrance to let us in.( although we were late for checking in) The room we boo"

The location is very good, close to everything. You can go everywhere in city by walking or tram.

"Good value for money. Would recommend if going to Marvel stadium or shopping in the city or vic market."

Good location v close to Southern cross station, Marvel stadium and short tram ride to Melbourne Central. Plenty of space for three people. Kitchen facilities good too. Staff were quick to respond even though there was no reception desk for the property

Nothing really. Maybe suggest mounting tv on a swivel bracket so can watch from Bed
