Cosy City Apartment

Fantastic location, comfy beds and easy access. Early check in late check out

Needed to have a dustpan and brush, a vacuum or a mop in the apartment.

The central location was brilliant. We were upgraded which was a lovely suprise. Our host went above and beyond to accomodate our needs of dropping off our bags to store them earlier in the day than expected.

No fault of the accomodation at all. . . . .the trams took a wee while to get used too at night.

We had a comfortable and spacious apartment. Thank you Saphire for the upgrade and making us welcome. It is also in a great location for the trams and access to Melbourne city. The heat pump kept us cool on those hot nights.

View couldnt see any fireworks from balcony all u could see n hear was sirens been across from police station and prison, the smell wasn't great and size is definitely small and cosy but the privacy wasnt great as the single bed was boxed off but could see through the shutters so might aswell been open 🤷‍♀️

You had to slam the door hard to get it to lock and the shower head won’t swivel, the shower drain kept sticking to my foot and lifting up

We got an up grade to a bigger apartment with a Terrance and some lovely city views.

No wine glasses and only a double bed but clean and comfortable.

Not much

Couldn't work the TV, 1 bedroom 1x QS bed asked for 2 beds, had sofa which didn't become bed, no extra bedding so had to sleep on faux leather and one thin blanket. Waited till 3.45pm before move in. 3mth old frozen drumsrick in over iced freezer. Approx 12 sheets of toilet paper on roll.Disgusted!!
