Cosy City Apartment

My host was exceptional in communication, a fast and honest response at all tines, Ms S was accommodating in selecting a 5-star accommodation and making sure all our needs were met, with the utmost respect and care of our stay, from free parking our check-in and up until the check-out. Even though there were unforeseen obstacles, Ms S went above and beyond to reassure a perfect stay. 💯🥰🙏🏽

Saphire is an amazing host. As La Trobe St was completely closed for road works she told us what we needed to do to enter the car park and allowed us to park the car in the morning, look around the CBD and text us as soon as the room was available. On departure she met us to let us out and check we had a good stay.

Never did manage to find the correct wifi network, otherwise had a great stay.

We had requested the parking space and due to roadworks it wasn't accessible. So Saphire arranged upgraded accommodation at the nearby The Oaks on Colins St at no extra cost and with parking still included. It was fantastic service, with Saphire meeting us personally at the hotel and making sure there were no issues and our parking was included.

A truly cosy apartment that we felt at home in, especially as we could bring our much loved dog. Well located for our purpose of specialists visits, and would also be if you're exploring Melbourne. The bed was really comfortable, the apartment warm on a cold winter's night, you have what you need to be self catering if desired, and car parking is included on request. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

We were met at the secure car park gate and guided to our included carpark, and then to our room by our friendly host Saphire. We found the apartment very comfortable with all the kitchen equipment needed to prepare a simple meal, a great comfy warm bed, a well equipped bathroom with lovely hot water and quality towels, and effective heating for the cold winter's night. It was close to Spencer St Supermarket for supplies and easy walking distance to public transport options, many city shops and attractions. On top of all these great features it is pet friendly and our dog was also very relaxed there. Thank-you Cosy City and Saphire.

The apartment would benefit from a more detailed clean, however, it was acceptable as it was. A dishcloth would encourage those using it to clean as they go, helping out cleaning-wise.
