Cosy City Apartment

It was great value for money. The location was ideal given we were travelling as a family with 2 young children. Conveniently positioned near Southern Cross station after a long train journey it was good we could get to our accommodation almost instantly. Saphire was very delightful.

The sofa lounge was uncomfortable by that a busted spring along with some stains.

Great location and great facilities.

I liked everything. .. The host Sapphire was great, from initial timely, friendly, accurate communication & instructions to meeting right on time to show me the apartment and give me the keys. It was a last minute deal and I was impressed with the apartment I was 1st taken to.. excellent value for the price... SO I was blown away when Sapphire offered me an FREE upgrade to a larger apartment with a small balcony.. Everything was as described, clean, in good order and Sapphire followed up with a call to check that this was the case... Very enjoyable 3 night stay.

It was all good.. delivered exactly what was promised and the customer service was perfect.

From the moment I booked the accommodation Saphire contacted me and was extremely helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and even when I extended my stay Saphire contacted me to see if I needed anything else. The property was very clean, well equipped and exceptional value for money.

Saphire was very accommodating. She tried her best to meet our special requests. The location is super. It is close to everything. The room is clean and comfortable.
