I was met at the door to the garage, shown where to park, and was guided straight to my room. I was even upgraded to a room with a balcony. Saphire was really helpful and very accommodating. I look forward to my next stay in Melbourne.

My bed, but I'm not a fan of any bed other my own. The apartments and their respective balconies are very close together, so there was a significant "smell" of other apartments, but that is not the fault of Saphire.

"Fantastic location but quite noisy on the 5th floor."

Drains smelled on arrival, couch needs replacing, crockery not clean.
