Luxury Loft Monterrey City Living at Landmark High Rise

We really appreciated the location and the excellent building security. We booked the “Apartment with Balcony” and found the layout to be efficient and thoughtfully designed, however we believe it is best suited for a more compact stay for two people. The queen bed was very comfortably nice and firm. We noticed the kitchen and appliances were new and modern. The living room featured a cozy sofa that works perfectly for two. The apartment itself was very clean.

In our opinion the two twin beds in the second bedroom are better suited for children rather than adults due to the limited space around them Since our visit was short, we didn’t end up using the kitchen or living room much. However, we think that for more than two people, additional cooking and kitchenware would be helpful. The dining and living did not have seating for the 4th or 5th person.

ESTUVE MAS DE TRES HORAS AFUERA DEL LUGAR ESPERANDO QUE EN ANFITRION SE COMUNICARA CONMIGO, ME PARECE UNA FALTA DE RESPETO SI ESTAS BUSCANDO UN LUGAR DONDE DESCANSAR SE TARDEN TANTO EN ATENDER !

La ubicación

Hacen cargos por suplementos, limpieza y demas y ni habia rollos de papel, internet solo hubo un dia, ni jabon, ni shampoo (era jabon liquido para manos, no habia agua para beber, solo hay una tv en la sala, y por otra parte en las instalaciones dos días no hubo elevador 15 pisos subir y bajar.

La ubicacoon

Las fotos promocionales no se ajustan a la vivienda, es un engaño. La casa estaba en unas condiciones pesimas: los sofas agujereados, casi no habia cubiertos, los wc funcionaban mal, solo teniamos una llave, el tamaño de la casa era mucho menor de lo que ponia en el anuncio....

El edificio está en un buen lugar , tiene un súper de conveniencia abajo y unas cafeterías. Tiene estacionamiento 🅿️. Si cuenta con 2 recámaras y 2 baños. Suficiente el espacio.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al departamento. Se anuncian como departamento de lujo y está maltratado. Un baño estaba o sucio o ya muy viejo y parecía sucio! Y no vinieron a limpiar. La puerta de una regadera estaba mal y la arreglaron hasta el 3er día.l, al igual que la 2a regadera que se inundaba por estar tapado el drenaje. Pero AL DESTAPARLO, DEJARON TODA LA SUCIEDAD ahi; Pelos, bueno de todo! Les avisé y nada! La rejilla estaba quebrada y así se quedó. Yo tuve que aventar cloro y pinol que ahí había. La recámara y un baño no cierran las puertas. LA PUERTA CORREDIZA AL BALCÓN NO TIENE CANDADO! Si vas con niños 👦🏻, no es muy seguro! Pues es el piso 16! Las camas son con bases metálicas tipo catre. A las Paredes les falta mantenimiento de pintura. Caserolas solo 2 estaban más o menos os bien , las otras no! Una sobrecama con manchas muy desagradables como de suciedad acumulada… y lo peor es que no las vi hasta el final y ahí dormí 😣.

Que la alberca la abren muy tarde y la cierran muy temprano.
