Luxury Loft Monterrey City Living at Landmark High Rise

Location was great, close to downtown and everything could be reached with a 10-15 min car ride

The name of the bldg. it’s not as it’s listed in the website. We were looking for Luxury Loft at Landmark High Rise and no one local knew about it. The bldg It’s known as SEMILLERO PURISIMA.

The location was very convenient to city center. The 24 hour convenience store in the building was nice feature.

Having business center, 2 bath rooms, washer, seven eleven and some of other stores right down stairs. Helps stay at a place like this when traveling for business with family. The location was good that met our needs.

The QR code needed to enter the lobby was not received by the time of check in. The wait time outside of the building was hard after air travel. Owner did not deliver towels for guests that forced us to to share during the entire stay. I rented two rooms. One room only had small face towels and we had to buy them. The other room only had 4 bath towels. I wish they at least took care of it. We paid out fee in full. They were responsive but did not address the issue.
