It was at a great location, super clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location of the building is good, nice big gym.

Complete nightmare in terms of house rules (for every little thing), unbelievable that in the whole building there is no one who speaks or want to speak English.

the furniture y old and not comfortable, linens did not seem very clean, we had a couole of cockroaches, bathroom smelled terrible, we only got 1 key, when the aparment is for 4.

I love this apartment. The location is amazing with a great view. Located in central monterrey and area is beautiful

Clean, well equipped in walking distance to Centro. The pool was nice for our kids to play in, but had limited hours. Handy parking and washer and dryer in the unit. Great views.

Convoluted check in and the rest of the building was a bit tired (for a newer building).

I recently rented an apartment through this booking page and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The photos on the publication showed a spacious two-floor apartment with a living room, dining area, and a designated work space, among other amenities. However, when I arrived at the apartment, it was nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. The apartment I was given did not have any of the features that were shown in the photos. There was no designated work space, no dining area, and the living room was much smaller than depicted in the pictures. When I reached out to the owner about the discrepancy, I was shocked to hear that the photos I saw were actually from other apartments and not the one I had rented. The apartment I rented only had three pictures out of the 40 that were on the booking page, which I found to be misleading and deceptive. As a result, my stay was not as comfortable or convenient as I had expected. I felt cheated and robbed of my money, as the apartment did not meet the expectations set by the photos and description on the booking page. It was a clear case of false advertising, and I was deeply disappointed with the lack of transparency from the owner. I would like to caution others who are considering booking through this site to be wary of the photos and descriptions provided. Don't be fooled by the attractive images that may not accurately represent the actual rental property. It's important to ask for more details and clarification from the owner before making a booking to avoid being disappointed upon arrival. In conclusion, my experience with this booking page was unsatisfactory due to the misleading photos and lack of transparency from the owner. I would not recommend this site to others, as it is important to be able to trust the accuracy of the information provided when making a booking. Don't fall victim to false advertising and be cautious when booking through this site.

Great space, amenities and building!

i liked the location. Lots of places around to get food. restaurants and snacks. (i.e. oxxo, 7 eleven). view of the city was awesome. i didnt get a chance to swim in the pool, but it was available. i would stay here again

door knob completely broke off within the first hour (this is not a big deal). mayela (contact for my stay) told me that she would wait in my room while it was getting fixed. after i told her i didnt like that idea, because i dont know her either, and i didnt feel comfortable leaving my things behind an unlocked door with 2 strangers there (her & whomever is fixing the door). she proceeded to move to me and my party to another apartment/condo. this one was dirty. while i wasnt upset about the doorknob breaking in the first apartment/condo, i was upset about being put in this room. i felt like i was being shoved in there, and they were hoping i wouldnt say anything. when the doorknob was fixed, i was moved back into my original room. i mightve even payed the difference to upgrade my room but i wasnt offered that so i dont know if that was even available. this is the reason they dont get a "10" or completely satisfied in rate the property, host, facility or cleanliness.
