"Bad experience."

Absolutely nothing.

The toilet and bathroom were literally next to the kitchen. There was no cleaning facilities for the 3 nights stay. No location of waste bin to empty the bin in the kitchen into, even when I texted them to ask where to put waste from the kitchen, there was no o answer. One of the bedrooms had a net cotton as a window blind, sun was constantly in the room unable to settle from 3:30 am. Four bedrooms house with one toilet downstairs was insufficient. If someone was having his bath and another person needed a wee it was impossible . I now understand why it was non refundable when you reserve.

"Good stay if you just need somewhere to sleep"

Very comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities. Very clean throughout. Perfect stay for 6-8 people maximum. Clean towels provided. Friendly and communicative owner.

The WiFi router was not working. The boiler needed to be reset due to a pressure leak. No lock on bathroom door. Cleaning items left out in the open. Back courtyard was not cleaned. Beds for 10 but seating for 8 at a squeeze. Bathroom radiator hanging off wall. Front door not secure as not tight to frame. Mailbox broken. Door knocker broken and left on the floor.
