L'assenza di condizionatori, era solo uno in tutta la casa. La proprietaria poco disponibile,l'assenza di ascensore.

A nice spacious downstairs and that it had two bathrooms

The communication was not good at all. I booked a couple of months in advance and asked straight away for early check in. The 3 or 4 times I asked, I kept being met with silence each time. On the day, the host that met us was kind enough to say she would let us in at 12.30 (we had already landed and was in the taxi on the way to town then), when she let us in, the apartment was still being cleaned so we stayed in the one finished room until she was done. The WiFi wouldn’t work and it was only on day 2 after asking did I get the log in details So many things were broken or close to breaking. Broken pots, the top of the shower fell on my boyfriends head as it is broken, there was a chair my disabled dad sat on that nearly collapsed as it was also broken No welcome book to explain how to use things or with suggestions. For example, we only saw just before leaving that you could ring the bell downstairs so someone could let you in. The whole time we went down 3 flights of stairs to open the door The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and flimsy. When I got in I thought it was going to collapse. With two of us in there sleeping, I kept worrying anytime one of us moved it would break. In the end my boyfriend would go and sleep on the sofa as that was more comfortable

Excellent location and very spacious

Furniture needs updating, Wi-Fi not working properly and bathrooms need updating but this didn’t spoil our stay

It was spacious and well ventilated, quiet and excellent historic location.

Instructions for using the induction hob were missing, teapot, large milk jug, coffee capsules for the coffee machine were not provided.

The location is superb right in the centre of the old town area. Communication within the host was quick and effective thank fully.

The upstairs bathroom lighting not working so could use the bathroom the first day, the host rectified the matter the very next day, thank you. The shower diverter know on the bath tap was missing made it extremely difficult to operate again the host sent a video clip on how to grip The small protrusion but our old fat finger struggled. The bath plug would not work. The kitchen was not very clean the plug to the sink didn’t work the tap loose in its mounting. I didn’t want to use the pans quite poor condition. The main bathroom had an aroma which maybe due to the damp and swollen mdf sink stand. Shower head once descaled worked brilliantly. I’m total it needs TLC and would then live upto the prestige status.

The location is very good! The apartment is quite big.

It lacks all sorts of basic equipment like scissors or toaster or microwave. It was all functional, but very basic. The bed was large but squeaky. Not all lights were working. We were also quite upset that for 4 adults, there was only 1 set of keys available. We stayed for a week, so not just for a day or so and we had asked a few weeks in advance of our trip to the possibilities . The owner was slow in responding to our questions. (no reply to our questions before arrival and only once after arrival).

fantastic central location in the heart of the old town

it definitely underperformed against the pictures and description and felt quite studenty and tatty.
