The property itself was absolutely beautiful and decorated perfectly

Stairs to carry bag up wasn’t great but it is a tree house. I wish the tub outside was a true hot tub or jetted Roman tub but it was still an awesome touch

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is very close to the Pancake Rocks and the beautiful Pororari River Track. We also hiked the Truman Track from the house (tip: Take bug spray! This was our first encounter with sand flies!). We were glad to make dinner and breakfast at the house and it was lovely to sit at the table right right by the deck looking out on the trees. We heard lots of birds in the morning from the deck, including a Tui. All the furniture and decorations in the house are lovely and the outdoor tub is fun. We didn't get to use the upstairs sunroom/library due to limited time there, but it's really nice too.

A lovely spacious place, clean with new looking cream carpet throughout. It had a good range of cooking facilities and we loved the Truman track down to the beach.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was easily the nicest place we stayed on our New Zealand trip and I would have liked to stay longer. The property is surrounded by trees, including several growing up through the private deck. The property is spread over multiple levels and feels inviting, the kitchen is well equipped, the living room is very spacious and comfortable and there is a bonus conservatory/sitting room on the upper level to watch the stars. Had the weather co-operated, we would have made use of the deck.

It was very wet when we were there, and it was not obvious where to hang our wet things.

The property was very spacious for two people. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was very nice.

From the description I wasn't expecting the property to be in a block of 4. One of the neighbours was extremely loud and we could hear every word of her conversation. The bedroom wasn't very clean - my husband had to clean all the spiders and cobwebs from the ceiling. The 'hot tub' was a major disappointment - it was simply a bath on the decking outside with a cover on the top! The seating area on the top floor was far too hot to be usable. The kitchen extractor fan/light was broken and the washing machine was out of order.

The treehouse was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

The outside area could have been cleaner . The cover on the bath outside was too hard to get off.

The lockbox code I was given was incorrect. It took three phone calls and more than half an hour to get the correct code.
