Great location, just around the corner from the beach and ocean, with easy access to shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, bars (I recommend Cadillac), a pharmacy, and the bus station.
From the beach, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets 🌅. The sunrise 🌄 is also beautiful, but you have to walk a few minutes to the end of the promenade. There is a swing (for adults) with the inscription "I ♥️ Quarteira" overlooking the ocean 🌊 . It's a great place for a souvenir photo or video.
My apartment was on the 3rd floor, which wasn't a problem because there was an elevator.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning.
Very nice, welcome kit: kitchen (mini packaging for the start: bottle of still water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar) and cleaning kit (garbage bag, kitchen sponge, cleaning cloth, 1 capsule each for the dishwasher and for the washing machine). There was also dish soap.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size gas stove, extractor hood, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary (plates, cutlery, cups, cups, glasses, glasses, pots, 2 pans, coffee/tea maker, capsule and American coffee maker (you need to get filters), manual juicer), boards, sharp knives and other necessary accessories, cotton towels for hands or wiping dishes.
The apartment also has a hair dryer (I didn't use it because I had my own), a fold-out clothes dryer, washing clips, an iron (visually I rate its condition as good, although I didn't use it), an ironing board (slightly rusty), a sweeping brush and a bucket with a mop (I was happy to clean the floor after a few days of stay and continue to enjoy cleanliness).
From the kitchen, there is an exit to a small balcony with a side view of the beach.
No toaster or grill.
The fridge froze products closer to the back wall, e.g. eggs.
The toilet seat flap and the garbage cover were damaged, but after reporting it to the service, the fault was repaired the next day.
I was a guest in November, and at the end of my stay, there was a storm that caused a power outage for about 6 hours. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't do anything about it. The air conditioning in the living room did not work well, fortunately for me, there was no heat. However, on cold evenings, when I wanted to heat the apartment, it didn't work.
One socket in the bedroom needs to be inspected because there was not always electricity, which was a bit annoying.
You could hear the neighbours a little, especially the small child behind the wall.
