При заезде нужно было оплатить залог на их специальном сайте, но этот сайт не принимает украинские карты. Мне предложили решить вопрос за дополнительные 40 евро. Пришлось просить знакомого дать европейскую карту. Короче пришлось понервничать при заезде Некоторые приборы, (например тостер, сидушка на унитазе, крышка мусорного бака) не рабочие, но это не критично. Хотелось бы демпферы на двери, чтоб не так хлопали. Постоянно приходилось их придерживать) На 2-х спальной кровати 2 матраса, а хотелось бы один, чтобы посредине не проваливаться.

Perfect location. The apartment is big and comfortable. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Super clean and with everything you need to spend a week or more. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Burocracia no check in e falta de papel higiénico

Det var ren og hyggelig leilighet. Personale svarte og håndtere problemet veldig raskt. Vi har oppdaget at sovesofaen var ødelagt, vi har meldt de inn og neste dag var det fikset før vi returnert fra dagstur.

A falta de utensílios de cozinha tais como uma faca pequena, uma frigideira maior. Torradeira avariada, a qual foi prontamente substituída. Autoclismo não funcionava em condições após a descarga deixava a água sempre a correr o que não foi resolvido. A portada da janela do quarto faltava uma ripa que deixava passar a claridade logo ao romper do dia. E por último a tv do quarto estava ligada a corrente mas não tinha sinal porque estava mal instalada também não foi resolvido. Mesmo assim voltarei caso tenha as coisas mais resolvidas.

Apartment is really close to the beach, spacious, and clean. There was a cleaning kit that we got, which is nice as you get all you need to wash your dishes with clean stuff. Keys have to be collected from the office, which is close to the apartment.

The bedroom had a bad smell which didn't go away even with open windows. The worst part is the continuous ask for money for anything, and I can understand to some extend baby cot fee, early booking fee, etc, but it is a disappointment to be asked 5e for bag to be kept at the office for 2 hours after you pay for an entire week for 2 apartments. Not to mention that checkout is at 10, but at 9 the cleaning ladies were already at the door.

Location, space, and comfort. It was well equipped, comfortable living room furniture ,and we appreciate access to English TV channels. We appreciated the elevator.

We would like safety grab bars in the bathtub shower area. The shower is slippery. The bed was a little hard on our hips and shoulders.
