Hyvä sijainti rauhallisella alueella. Sängyssä lämmin peitto, sopii tällaiselle vilukissalle, vaikka huoneistossa onkin lämmin. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy asunnosta, iltateetä ja aamukahvia myöten. Oma vakimajoitus aina kun käyn Oulussa opiskelupäiviä viettämässä. Isäntäväki mukavaa, vastaa viesteihinkin aina nopeasti.

"Työreissun majapaikka"

Tuttu paikka, jossa olen vuosien varrella majoittunut useaan kertaan. Kaikki löytyy, mitä tarvitaan ruuanlaittoon. Aamukahvit löytyy paikan päältä. Asiallinen majapaikka. Hinta/laatu suhde ihan ok.

Ympäristöä voisi vähän siistiä ja asunnossa tehdä perusteellisen puhdistuksen aina silloin tällöin.
